We are looking for a Project Coordinator who understands that establishing a customer-centric type of environment is part of our company culture. Furthermore, one that believes that providing a high-level of customer service will contribute to our ongoing strategic efforts.
This role will be part of our newly created Project Management Office (PMO) team, which will be responsible for managing and coordinating all projects associated with our Central Determinate Gaming System, such as new Class II implementations, EGM installations, conversions, and system upgrades and maintenance. This position will also play a key role in maintaining partnerships with our Class II customers. While doing so, they’ll work very closely with, but not limited to, Class II functional groups such as the Network Operation Center (NOC), System Support Specialists, and the Technical Parts Department.
The position will report to the PMO-Manager.


Open to having position location based out of either our Vernon Hills, IL or Las Vegas, NV office locations

• Four-year Bachelor’s technical based degree, two-year technical based degree, or a minimum of 10 years of work experience
• At minimum, three years of gaming industry project management experience
• Experience in the casino gaming industry is preferred but not required

Job Requirements


• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Sales and Customers
• Ensure timely completion of project tasks and milestones
• Support Project Managers on major projects (i.e. Implementation, System Upgrades) and provide administrative support
• Communicate effectively in a technical environment and/or working knowledge of networks, server architectures, networking concepts, etc.
• Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders for internal and external customers
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with the customer (i.e. Slot Operations, Tribal Gaming Regulatory Authorities, and Information Technology), and internal subject matter experts, to define and achieve both business and technical requirements
• Attend meetings with all internal stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation and project completion
• Provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders as needed
• Proactively manage risks and issues, and define contingency plans in order to meet deliverables set by the customer
• Partner with various departments, as appropriate, to achieve desired customer outcomes through clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service and project management skills
• Utilize reports and/or Salesforce dashboards to support daily and weekly operations
• Partake in managing and building relationships with internal and external customers
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• A natural affinity for details, organization and timeliness is crucial; efficiency is everything in this role
• Experience creating and maintaining processes/procedures
• Effective facilitation and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaborate problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills are a must, particularly the ability to prepare clear, concise, professional written and oral communications
• An understanding of supply chain management is preferred but not required
• Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Salesforce experience is preferred but not required
• Be able to work independently and within a team framework
• Experience with Tribal Gaming environments (Regulatory, Information Technology, Operations) is preferred
• Self-starter and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in detail
• Comfortable in an evolving, growing environment.
